Manish Agarwal began his distinguished career in finance in 1997 as an Associate at Bank of America in India. Over the next 16 years, he built a career in wealth and private banking, holding senior leadership roles that spanned both India and the UAE, giving him a unique cross-border perspective on client needs and market dynamics.
His previous leadership roles at global institutions include:
- ABN Amro
- Citibank
- Standard Chartered Private Bank
- Lloyds Private Bank
In 2014, driven by entrepreneurial vision and deep client relationships, Manish founded Latitude Capital Partners Limited (LCPL) in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Originally a boutique DFSA-regulated advisory firm, he has successfully evolved LCPL into a full-fledged asset management company.
Today, under his leadership, LCPL manages over USD 1 billion in assets, serving a diverse base of institutional and private clients. The firm’s growth reflects Manish’s commitment to client-centricity, disciplined strategy, and innovation, mirroring the rise of DIFC as a globally respected financial hub.
With a strong foundation in international banking and a proven track record as a founder and CEO, Manish leads LCPL with a focus on long-term value creation, regulatory excellence, and strategic growth.
